1. Who is responsible?
The data controller for this website is Igor Rakuša, a private individual based in Slovenia.

2. Website analytics
This website uses a self-hosted instance of Umami Analytics to understand website visits and interactions with domain-sale links.
Analytics may include page views, referring websites, browser and operating-system information, device category, approximate location, and clicks on marketplace links. Umami uses pseudonymous session information and does not use analytics cookies or advertising profiles.
Technical information, including IP addresses, may be processed transiently to route requests, derive session information or approximate location. The analytics database does not store visitors' raw IP addresses as analytics records.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the controller's legitimate interest in understanding website use and the effectiveness of domain listings.
Analytics records are subject to automated deletion after 12 calendar months. Local database backups are retained for approximately 7 days and encrypted off-site backups for up to 90 days. Deleted analytics may remain in these backups until they expire.
3. Contact inquiries
If you use the contact form, the information processed includes your name, email address, selected reason, relevant domain and message.
This information is used to answer inquiries, discuss a possible domain transfer, handle privacy requests and prevent abuse of the form. Technical information such as the requesting IP address is also used for temporary rate limiting.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps requested before a possible transaction, Article 6(1)(f) for ordinary inquiries and abuse prevention, and Article 6(1)(c) where processing is required to fulfil a legal obligation.
Correspondence is kept while needed to handle the inquiry and reasonably necessary follow-up, or longer where applicable legal obligations or disputes justify retention. Email deletion is not currently automated.

4. Service providers
The website and analytics are hosted on server infrastructure operated through Oracle Cloud. Contact messages are delivered to and stored using Google Gmail. Encrypted off-site system backups are stored using Microsoft OneDrive.
These providers may process technical or other relevant information under their applicable service and privacy terms, including, where applicable, international data transfers.
Contact information is not sold to advertisers. No automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made through this website.
5. Your rights
Where applicable under the GDPR, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
To exercise these rights, use the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner: www.ip-rs.si.
6. Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated if the website, analytics configuration or data-processing practices change.
